I am a licensed Realtor with Bradley Real Estate at the San Rafael Office centrally located in Marin County with easy access to San Francisco and Sonoma County. Bradley Real Estate is the largest and fastest growing real estate brokerage with 9 offices and over 360 agents. We have a huge support staff which includes 2 in house Real Estate attorneys available to answer and clarify any situation that may occur with current real estate law and local ordinances.

I am originally French from the Champagne Country.
I have practiced residential, commercial real estate and property management for 6 years in the area of Versailles. I moved to California in 1984. I earned my airline pilot certificate and was flying for a freight airline until the 9/11 tragedy. I have logged over 5000 hours of flight time. Consequently, I went back to real estate and practiced from then in the area of San Francisco and more specifically in Marin County.

I have a Bachelor of Sciences from ERAU with major in business. I have completed my knowledge with additional certifications and experience as GRI, commercial real estate, short sale and REO. I currently attend monthly local commercial and income property meetings which give me additional strength to fully understand the local market.

We all know that each County is more unique than any other. I still believe that Marin County has a unique setting. Valuations known as BPO and property marketing are
a real challenge for better results. Strong advertising tools lead to higher sale. Detailed knowledge of local Statutes greatly reduces the owner’s burden to remain current and reduces building code violations consequences.

I keep my client’s interest in mind at all times. I value our relationship and provide prompt services, accurate information and persistent follow through.  I have an efficient strategy to manage and sell assets which is the direct result of my experience with property management. I feel to be on “front line” and it is important that Asset Managers and Lenders will understand that I don’t hesitate to go again on site to clarify a situation or just to make sure the task is completed on time.
